General Summary:

. 职位描述

职位目标:

  1. 确保设备处于良好的工作状态, 非计划停机时间控制在目标范围内。

  2. 控制备品备件的损耗,积极参与或开展降本增效的项目。

  3. 配合生产部门,确保所负责工序设备保质保量完成生产任务。

工作内容:

  1. 设备日常点检及故障检修,确保设备运行正常。

  2. 按计划执行设备预防性维护及定期校验。

  3. 确保各项记录、表单及设备停机时间的准确与完整。

  4. 负责设备已损备品备件更换与维修,控制设备备品备件的损耗。

  5. 生产设备的安装调试。

  6. 参与各项成本降低和设备优化项目。

  7. 有效地执行相应的环保,安全生产职责。

. 任职资格

1.专业知识:

熟悉气动元件及回路控制,能看懂机械部件图纸或电气原理图。

有一定的英语读写和电脑操作基础。

  1. 工作经验:

有两年以上设备维护工作经验。

3.教育背景:

机械或电子专业,中技或同等及以上学历。

  1. 个人技能及素质:

具有团队合作精神。
