General Summary:

一 . 职位描述

职位目标：

1. 确保设备处于良好的工作状态， 非计划停机时间控制在目标范围内。

2. 控制备品备件的损耗，积极参与或开展降本增效的项目。

3. 配合生产部门，确保所负责工序设备保质保量完成生产任务。

工作内容：

1. 设备日常点检及故障检修，确保设备运行正常。

2. 按计划执行设备预防性维护及定期校验。

3. 确保各项记录、表单及设备停机时间的准确与完整。

4. 负责设备已损备品备件更换与维修，控制设备备品备件的损耗。

5. 生产设备的安装调试。

6. 参与各项成本降低和设备优化项目。

7. 有效地执行相应的环保，安全生产职责。

二 . 任职资格

1.专业知识：

熟悉气动元件及回路控制，能看懂机械部件图纸或电气原理图。

有一定的英语读写和电脑操作基础。

2. 工作经验：

有两年以上设备维护工作经验。

3.教育背景：

机械或电子专业，中技或同等及以上学历。

4. 个人技能及素质：

具有团队合作精神。

三 . 工作条件

工作场所： 净化无尘车间

环境状况： 良好
