General Summary:

Job Target:

1. Responsible for SMD/WLP customer complaint.

2.Provide technical support for internal department and external customer.

3.Track quality issue which related to customer return.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Track quality issue and monitor the effectiveness of related improvement actions.

2. Investigate and handle customer complaint (CT, de-cape, SEM/EDX, C-SAM and so on), inform the customer and related department of analysis result in time.

3. Organize related department to implement corrective/preventative actions to reduce/avoid recurrent complaint.

4. Collect the quality information from customer, make periodic feedback and report.

5. Organize and lead the related departments prepare for the quality audit and ensure the customer audit approved.6. Regular visit customer, collect and response for the latest requirements from customer, maintain a good relationship with customer.

Qualifications:

1. Good experience in customer complaint is preferred. Familiar with failure analysis process.

2. Over three years working experience in complaint handling and failure analysis in electronic industry. 3. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or related disciplines.

3. Familiar with MSOffice, with active work attitude. Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal ability.

Working Conditions:

Work Place: Office. Occupational Disease Exposure: X-ray used in working.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
