General Summary:

  • Sales support activities:

  • Lead customer creation and set up in QC systems

  • Project manage contract executions (NDAs, MSAs, Licenses, etc.)

  • Customer web support and domain validation and addition process

  • Ensure timely web access to QC systems and materials

  • Timely Datasheet Delivery

  • Assist in customer forecast setup

  • Support delivery of key materials and information to customers:

  • Evaluation boards/kits MTPs, QRDs, Sample chips

  • Quote generation; entry, approval, delivery, and tracking support

  • Sample demand fulfillment

  • System support for both Sales and Customer

  • Manage Opportunity and Pipeline tracking

  • Ensure accuracy of Salesforce Opportunity/Pipeline data

  • Generate supporting data and analysis including customer revenue reporting

  • Provide Salesforce Opportunity Management support

  • Sales Team support activities:

  • Assist with organizing & participate in sales meetings, special projects, and regional meetings as needed

  • Support unit / revenue monthly Sales forecasting process as needed/requested; ensure data accuracy and assist with analysis

  • Assist Sales with QC systems navigation and processes

  • Manage data execution in multiple Sales systems

  • Monitor and report on the teams’ progress against dept and personal goals

  • Provide Ad Hoc support for special queries as needed/requested

  • Other duties as assigned with the following as example:

  • Develop thorough knowledge of all Sales business systems, processes, and procedures, enabling the candidate to provide training to other team members, as needed/requested

Education, Training and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or relevant and equivalent experience

  • Requires minimum 7-10 years related experience in the semiconductor industry and/or Sales support, Customer Service for the high-tech industry

  • Proven analytical and program management skills

  • Experience with contract documents ensuring customer agreements are fully executed and in accordance with contract specifications and guidelines

  • Advanced Computer proficiency of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT, MS Teams).

  • Experience with Oracle, Demantra & Salesforce or other similar ERP and CRM systems will be a plus
