Sales support activities:
Lead customer creation and set up in QC systems
Project manage contract executions (NDAs, MSAs, Licenses, etc.)
Customer web support and domain validation and addition process
Ensure timely web access to QC systems and materials
Timely Datasheet Delivery
Assist in customer forecast setup
Support delivery of key materials and information to customers:
Evaluation boards/kits MTPs, QRDs, Sample chips
Quote generation; entry, approval, delivery, and tracking support
Sample demand fulfillment
System support for both Sales and Customer
Manage Opportunity and Pipeline tracking
Ensure accuracy of Salesforce Opportunity/Pipeline data
Generate supporting data and analysis including customer revenue reporting
Provide Salesforce Opportunity Management support
Sales Team support activities:
Assist with organizing & participate in sales meetings, special projects, and regional meetings as needed
Support unit / revenue monthly Sales forecasting process as needed/requested; ensure data accuracy and assist with analysis
Assist Sales with QC systems navigation and processes
Manage data execution in multiple Sales systems
Monitor and report on the teams’ progress against dept and personal goals
Provide Ad Hoc support for special queries as needed/requested
Other duties as assigned with the following as example:
Develop thorough knowledge of all Sales business systems, processes, and procedures, enabling the candidate to provide training to other team members, as needed/requested
Education, Training and Experience:
BS/BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or relevant and equivalent experience
Requires minimum 7-10 years related experience in the semiconductor industry and/or Sales support, Customer Service for the high-tech industry
Proven analytical and program management skills
Experience with contract documents ensuring customer agreements are fully executed and in accordance with contract specifications and guidelines
Advanced Computer proficiency of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT, MS Teams).
Experience with Oracle, Demantra & Salesforce or other similar ERP and CRM systems will be a plus
