Job Overview

This position focus on LCD/AMOLED color tuning related support and color performance optimization/customization include sRGB/DCI-P3 gamut remap/HDR10+ tuning and certification/hue rotate/saturation and sharpness enhancement.

Help OEM on color solution/post processing training/customization on need basis. Include SW algorithm post-processing like CABL/FOSS/Assert Display and Android SW color manager library debug

Manage customer expectation and achieve high customer satisfaction

Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify problem reported by customers, analysis and report issues to developer team, help developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix problems

Manage dedicated customer support team for key customer support

Working with cross region and cross functional team for escalation issue

Minimum Qualifications

Deep understanding on chromatics/optical technology and algorithm

Strong experience in C programming and embedded software/driver development.

Family with C++/C/Matlab/Python/Java application programming

Good English communication and interpersonal skills

High motivation, strong self-learning ability

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team from various disciplines and at various locations

3+ years' experience in embedded system development

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred: Master's, Computer Science
