General Summary:

  • Responsibilities of facilities energy management.

  • Create energy policies and energy management system.

  • Develop and maintain energy management procedure to ensure facilities equipment and systems being operated at high efficiency.

  • Carry out routine site inspection and energy survey/audit to identify energy saving opportunities.

  • Evaluate facilities energy systems operation cost and identify opportunities to reduce energy cost followed by a reduction plan.

  • Meet energy saving goals set by management.

  • Responsible to prepare for and submit energy report and GHG (Green House Gas) report to NEA based on ECA and NEA requirements every year.

  • Support ISO50001 certification and recertification works by properly preparing for the required energy data and documents during daily working.

  • Benchmarking energy consumption against baseline and best practice guidelines to identify gaps and issues followed by suggesting strategic energy saving proposals for action plan and implementation.

  • Responsible for Energy Conservation training

  • Ensure energy monitoring data available and accurate all the time. Routine data collection and data analysis need to be carried out to ensure data reliable and accurate.

  • Facilities energy saving projects management and support

  • Monthly energy review and report

Minimum Qualifications:

Min. Degree holder preferable in Engineering or equivalent.

Need to be a valid SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) license holder.
