Job Overview

Qualcomm's Singapore Power Management team is looking for PhD students interested in participating in PMIC design internship. Power Management Team designs power management integrated circuits (PMICs) for a variety of smart phones, smart books and other wireless consumer electronic devices. You will participate in the design of an actual product intended for the marketplace.

The types of designs you will work on will include one or more of the following: low drop out linear voltage regulators (LDOs), switching regulators (DC/DC) and bandgap reference, etc.

Come spend some time at Qualcomm and apply your analog integrated circuit design expertise to the development of mobile communication systems. In addition to advancing your transistor level implementation skills you will also learn state of the art techniques for designing low-power circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.

Min. Qualifications

Applicants should be Master's Degree or PhD electrical engineering students who have been focused on transistor level analog circuit implementation with significant experience of Cadence analog IC design tools and expecting to graduate in the next 12-24 months.
