Job Overview

Supports Qualcomm Modem software and RF software to achieve design-win in customer side.

Trouble shooting problems reported from customer, analyzing root cause and communicating with internal R&D teams to resolve these problems.

Provide training to customer and help them to understand Qualcomm Modem/RF architecture

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

2+ years experience with debugging techniques.

2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in EE, Communication, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years experience in mobile device industry. Knowledge of programming language of C or C++.

Good English reading and writing.

The ability of quick learning and self-motivation.

Ability to travel to support customer on other sites in case of need. Knowledge on 2/3/4G/5G digital communication system, RF and analog circuits is highly preferred.

Experience of using test instruments such as CMW500 or Anritsu 8820/8821, spectrum analyzer, signal generator & oscilloscope, etc, is highly preferred. Experience of RF calibration is a plus.

Debugging experience on embedded real time operating systems is preferred.

Good English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's, major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant majors.
