Job Overview

The role is to:

Support Qualcomm mobile chipset customer for design-win projects;

Help chipset OEMs to understand Qualcomm software/solution, resolve the linux kernel/BSP issues when using Qualcomm solution no matter it is Qualcomm problem or not

Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify/analyze problem reported by customers, help developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix it.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

2+ years experience with debugging techniques.

2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience on C/C++/assembly language, at least 2+ years with C programming language

Solid knowledge on linux kernel/drivers, HLOS(Android) is a big plus

Familiar with ARM architecture, strong embedded software debugging skills on real time operation system or Linux

High motivation, strong self-learning ability;

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team from various disciplines and at various locations

Good English communication and interpersonal skills;

2+ years experience in Application Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. 1+ years experience with debugging techniques and linux kernel driver programming

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's, major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant majors
