Job Overview

-Support Qualcomm Android Phone/Tablet platform customer, help customer win market

-Collaborate with customers for audio driver/application integration, porting, verification, and debugging.

-Train customers with software integration and development, assistance with software and system debugging, handling customer Q&A.

-Interfacing closely with San Diego-based developers are some of the key daily activities in this

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

2+ years experience with debugging techniques.

2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

-Embedded Linux/Android Audio framework and device driver background.

-RTOS or High level OS of Linux/Android knowledge background.

-Strong C/C++ programming skill is required.

-Knowledge of audio multimedia codec ex. MP3/AAC/AAC+/WMA/ADPCM/MIDI.

-Knowledge of PCM interface of I2S, AUX PCM; Audio frond end codec of DAC/ADC converter.

-Knowledge Audio post-processing of Equalizer, 3D surround sound, IIR/FIR filter.

-Trace32/JATG debugging experience.

-Strong communication (Writing/Speaking) Chinese /English skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Strong initiative skills.

-Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent team player.

-Knowledge of DSP/ Adaptive Signal Processing for audio and telecommunications is a plus.

-Knowledge on Vocoder of all radio technologies (UMTS/CDMA/GSM) for AMR-NB/WB codec in 3GPP spec.

-Knowledge of Slimbus spec

Education Requirements

Bachelor (with 5 years working experience) or MS degree (with 3 years working experience) in Communications or Electronics Engineering area.
