Job Overview

Qualcomm APAC HR Solutions Team has an opening for a Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager professional to lead its China talent acquisitions efforts. This individual will work closely with business leaders across the company to create and implement clear, timely, business-focused talent acquisition strategies, plans and programs.

The successful candidate must be a talented professional with strong industry reputation; a 'can-do', 'hands-on' personal style. Experience with designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition initiatives within a fast paced, high technology organization is desired.

Experience with people leadership and management is essential to this role. The incumbent will lead a team of six talent acquisition professional across Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. Past experience with handling day-to-day team support and quarterly and annual planning is important in this role.

As part of the HR team, you will collaborate on HR initiatives and projects to deliver services to our business partners. This position requires a team player who can build strong relationships with HR and business partners. It also requires a high-level of attention to detail and the ability to analyze data in support of decision making. In addition, must possess, the ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality, as well as flexibility, creative problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of Human Resource or equivalent experience.

Experience in Talent Acquisition is essential and at least one of the following functional areas of Human Resources: Compensation, Organization Effectiveness/Development, Performance Management, and/or Employee Relations.

4+ years' experience in people management

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a self-starter, have the ability to manage/drive multiple projects simultaneously, possess good problem-solving and conflict resolution and effective communication skills.

Proficiency Chinese and English (verbal and written)
