Job Overview

NPI ATE Test Engineer will be responsible for QCOM IC NPI development in ATE engineering area. Candidate should have a strong understanding of ATE S/W & H/W development, WiFi/BT/RF/Ethernet product knowledge, IC Characterization and Qualification. An ideal NPI-ATE Test engineer should also be a highly motivated, focused and fast learner, team player with good communication skills

The responsibilities of this role include:

NPI IC ATE test plan development.

IC compliance table preparation and review with design and PE/BTE teams.

ATE program development on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms

ATE HW design on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms, includes LB, P/C.

IC Product test and characterization on ATE and test data review with design team.

Test data correlation between ATE and bench.

Production program release and solution finding of production issue.

NPI or RMA rejects test analysis and test coverage improvement on ATE.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SOC test and DFT, such as SAF, TDF, Mbist, functional vectors, Memory repair, IDDQ, CPR, etc.

Knowledge of RF measurements such as P1dB, IP3, ACPR, NF, phase noise.

Knowledge of mixed-signal ADC, DAC, PLL, PMIC measurements such as INL, DNL, Gain, THD, SFDR.

Experience with RF, mixed signal and SOC testing on the Teradyne Ultra Flex/J750 or Advantest 93000

Experience with Teradyne IG-XL or Advantest Smarttest development environment.

Experience with ATE HW development

Experience with high volume production testing of RF, mixed signal and SOC devices.

Experience with statistical analysis in semiconductor test development such as Cp, CPK, and GR&R studies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
