Human Resources Assistant

This person will provide support to HR generalists team and the major responsibilities including but not limited to
Complete a variety of HR projects requiring the ability to collect, organize and analyze data
Be responsible for maintain HR related files including employee P-files
Support various internal and external audit process
Prepare and distribute internal HR routine reports
Provide needed assistance to employees to for Shanghai residence permit or Hukou application
Be the contact person for Shanghai employees VOE related requests
Assist Corp Giving and QCare activities
Coordinate employee communication meetings
Coordinate new hire on boarding as well as orientation
-Be able to professionally manage day to day details; follow up and take things to their logical conclusion
-Have excellent client interaction skills; can think at a high level and come up with new ideas
-Have the abilities to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple tasks at the same time
-Be proactive, hardworking, dedicated and efficient
-Have the ability to prepare reports and analysis, master on Office tools and other office applications.
-Possess excellent verbal/written English communication skills and strong computer skills
-At least two years working experience. HR related working experience is preferred.
