Job Overview

Accountability1: Reception responsibility

Maintain a good image of the front desk area of the office

Answer and transfer phone calls and messages accuracy and efficiency;

Receive and welcome office visitors in compliance with company security policy and legal requirement and provide appropriate direction;

Couriers and packages management.

Accountability2: Office Admin

Responsible for Building Xs working environment management, such as office cleaning, plantings, office stationary, snacks, drinking water and beverage;

Backup Admin related monthly payment;

Prepare welcome packs, badge lanyard and relevant on-boarding service for new office staff;

Support on organization of company activities.

Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical skills

Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet

Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Behavioural skills

Honest and integrity and trustworthiness

Good at communication and service oriented

Positive attitude, with an open-minded approach to learning

Detailed oriented, patient and have good organization skills

Strong initiative and ability to prioritize challenges and workload

Ability to multi task and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Secretarial or administration experience gained in a multinational organization would be an advantage

Education Requirements

College degree or above
