Job Overview

and multi-throw switches in standalone and module packages for 4G and 5G wireless cell phone.

This person must communicate well in English and requires ability to understand device operation, device testing, and manufacturing processes. This person will work closely with internal partners (Test Engineers, Packaging Engineers, Quality Engineers) in Asia/USA and external manufacturing partners

He or she will correlate device defects, validate device good/failures, analyze test yields, find root cause of failures by applying appropriate Failure Analysis techniques, and yield management, Lead task force to address and drive solution of yield excursions. Drive standardization and adoption of new improvements with yield, process, test. In addition, He or She will assist in yield improvements by proposing process changes to eliminate the root cause of failure with suppliers, vendors and manufactured sites. Free to support frequent business travel.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.

5+ years RF Test Engineering experience or related work experience 8Good read & write skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

RF Test development and measurement capability of ATE testers/instruments such as Advantest 93K, Teradyne UFLEX(/IFLEX) , Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc.

Practical use of yield analysis software and program language such as Yield explorer, Data Power. Data Conductor, Galaxy, JUMP, Exensio, Statistical methods including SPC or Optimal Test and excellent Visual Basic/C++.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
