Job Overview

Qualcomm's QCT Customer Engineering Group supports customers with all aspects of embedded software and systems development. In this position, Individual will be responsible to engage with customer designs, provide in-depth technical responses to customer queries, troubleshooting of customer design issues, assist in feature definition and provide necessary training to customers. Individual will be responsible to work with customers for modem commercialization issue from lab or live network testing with providing relevant log analysis and resolution in 3GPP(GSM,WCDMA,LTE) and 3GPP2(CDMA, EVDO) technologies..

Some travel to customer sites may be required for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in following area are preferred :

  • Understanding of C/C++ programming.

  • Embedded real time operating systems and debugging skills

  • Understanding of Wireless Communication and radio access technologies e.g. GSM, CDMA,WCDMA, LTE etc.

  • Experience with Wireless Test equipment like Anritsu, CMW500 is a plus.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred: Masters degree in Wireless Communication, Electronics ,Electricals and related.
