Job Overview

As a member of Emulation team, you will create and support platforms that integrate our hardware and software into prototype platforms to confirm that the system meets our customers needs. You will be responsible for specifying, designing, and integrating hardware that comprise the emulation platform as well as working with the RTL teams to synthesize, place, and route the FPGA images. In this Lead role, you will be expected to:

  • Lead Emulation activities for Wireless projects

  • Lead tools and automation to improve efficiency for project execution

  • Lead teams across GEOs

  • Work with Systems and Design teams to gather requirements

  • Design interface circuit boards

  • Develop FPGA images

  • Enable and support bring up and debug

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience working with emulation platforms

  • At least 2 year of experience leading emulation platforms

  • Expert in FPGA synthesis, place, and route

  • Familiar with Verilog RTL design and simulation

  • Familiar with Xilinx FPGA

  • Familiar with schematic capture and circuit board design

  • Good problem solving skills

Education Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
