• Reviews the system-level feature requirements and translates into circuit-level specifications for a product with some supervision.

• Under some supervision, uses specifications to design and integrate blocks of code, application-specific integrated circuits, and power amplifiers with accuracy; considers system-level factors and performance indicators to maximize efficiency.

• Independently identifies problems and resolves most issues; collaborates and collects feedback during design reviews and with other teams (CAD) to ensure the block meets the requirements.

• Under some supervision, writes tests and simulation plans; facilitates simulations using tools (e.g., CAT, Cadence, ADS) to determine how circuits and features perform under various circumstances.

• Identifies bugs in code across multiple systems or subsystems developed by others, fixes bugs or makes recommendations to fix them; investigates issues in order to prevent future issues.
