General Summary:

Opportunity to join QCT Finance to support the Wireless Broadband & Communications Business Unit with a mix of commercial pricing and FP&A responsibilities. This role provides the opportunity to interact extensively with various functions including product management, sales, business operations, legal and finance. Responsibilities include product pricing support, unit forecasting, financial reporting, preparing and reviewing financial forecasts (utilizing Tableau), month/quarter-end close and variance analysis, as well as developing and maintaining data in financial systems.

A successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can balance competing priorities and be flexible to reassess those priorities multiple times throughout the day. A successful candidate possesses strong initiative, a process improvement mindset, as well as outstanding analytical and communication skills.

Position is strongly team-oriented and involves interactions with several finance and operation functions. Great opportunity to provide analysis to management while partnering with various business functions across the Company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

• Experience in semiconductor, wireless industry, and/or financial planning role is highly beneficial.

Pay range:

$103,000.00 - $154,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
