General Summary

Product and Test Engineering (PTE) is looking for Digital Product Engineers who will work closely with IC Designers to validate and debug new Digital product functionality, test HW/SW development, characterization, device performance over process and operating conditions, and releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production. Engineers are also responsible for Test Board schematics design. The Job scope also includes using Data Analytics software to perform analysis for test time and yield optimization. The individuals selected for the positions will need to be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality products

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs, DDR3, DDR4 and high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, PCI Express, SATA, USB, digital communication concepts Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc) Experience with silicon and package qualification and reliability, C/C++, Perl, Java. Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.

Educational Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.

• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.

• Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).

• Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

• Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
