General Summary:

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the executive communications team to produce small and mid-size executive presentation projects from initial content

development to final execution

• Working closely with agency partners to manage the development of slides,

animations and videos that effectively communicate executive messages

and are compliant with Qualcomm brand, legal and style requirements

• Supporting in-person, virtual, and hybrid events in various roles, as a lead

for small- to mid-sized events and as part of a larger team for large events

• Collaborating with internal teams and partners to lead production of live or

virtual guest appearances and demos

Minimum Qualifications:

Manager, Executive Presentations The executive presentations team is seeking a storyteller to produce compelling, original presentations for C-level executives and other key spokespeople. This role will support the development of best-in-class presentations, from intimate conversations to very large tradeshow keynotes. This work includes collaborating with creative agencies and internal teams to drive development of graphics/slides, manage stage production, and ensure that we tell the best story possible during our shows. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is also very comfortable in an engineering-focused tech environment. This role requires close collaboration with other marketing and business groups, as well as external partners.

Required skills:

• 5+ years developing marketing communications projects for C-level

executives, preferably in the tech industry

• The ability to craft a compelling story

• A knowledge of graphic design and script writing

• A knowledge of show production, including stagecraft and audio/visual

systems used for large events

• Project management expertise, including overseeing budgets and timelines

• Ability to present and work with executive management

• Creative thinker

• Excellent people skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
