Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for digital development of power management IC products. Demonstrated experience managing high performance teams of 15+ engineers. Ability to multitask as team leader and hands on technical individual contributor. Mixed signal experience is highly desired. Experience in designing embedded control including uC subsystems, hardware/software/firmware partitioning, memory partitioning, and chip interfaces is preferred. Candidates must have successfully delivered soft and hard IP to multiple ASICs and with direct experience in SOC integration. Candidates are expected to have a demonstrated track record in end-to-end ASIC development including significant hands-on experience in microarchitecture, RTL design, Lint, CDC, synthesis, STA, clock trees, power analysis and DFT. Ability to evaluate floorplans and place & route results is a plus. Ability to drive next generation initiatives. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Outstanding communication, organization, planning, mentoring and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of results and execution in a tight schedule environment. High tolerance to ambiguity.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
15+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
4+ years experience with architecture and design tools .
4+ years experience with scripting tools and programming languages.
4+ years experience with design verification methods.
2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
