The Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) organization is looking for a strong team player with significant industry experience in identity & access management. As a member of ISRM’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team you will be participating in the critical role of protecting our intellectual property, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling the business for success. If you are an IAM engineer/architect with hands on technical expertise across multiple technologies who thrives in a fast paced globally collaborative environment, this role is for you.

The IAM team is responsible for multiple capabilities, services, and technologies that provide authentication, authorization, and governance for all internal and partner identities. Experience with multiple disciplines such as identity governance, entitlement management, privileged access management, Single Sign On, and modern authentication is a must. Hands on experience with these implementations and support of industry leading solutions is required.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Solutions Architect for IAM capabilities

  • Global team leadership in the implementation of new IAM capabilities

  • Global team participation in solutions support and service improvements

  • Develops and Presents on service delivery and project implementations

  • Develops and Presents business cases to senior leadership for service improvements and new capability implementations

  • Experience in analyzing data and metrics for operational excellence

  • Experience using data collection and analytic services such as Splunk a plus

  • Experience with automation and scripting using Python and\or PowerShell (v7 desired)

  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure AD including Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, configuring registered applications, and troubleshooting

  • Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect

  • Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft multi-factor authentication (FIDO2 is a plus)

  • Experience with API integration

  • Experience with global services and support

  • CISSP is a plus

Additional responsibilities may include the support of other ISRM activities, goals, and objectives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT-related work experience in IT, Cyber Security, or related area with a Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years leadership role in Identity & Access Management

Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate

8+ years of cybersecurity-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience developing and/or assessing IT architectural designs

2+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management solutions and services in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Azure AD

  • Entitlement Management

  • Identity Governance

  • Authentication & Authorization

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Scripting and automating capabilities

  • Common operating systems and business application platforms including an understanding of their enterprise architecture and integration patterns

  • Hands-on experience with major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST CSF, etc.

  • Ability to understand and collaborate on technical concepts related to software architecture, data and reporting, and user experience

Education Requirements Required: Bachelors of Science in: Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, or Information Technology; or equivalent experience

Preferred: Masters of Science in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, or Information Technology
