We are looking for bright asic engineers with excellent analytical and technical skills. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast paced team responsible for delivering Snapdragon CPU design, flows for high performance SoCs in sub-7nm process for mobile space. Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams on CPU Power
Participate on a project involved in the development of Asics, with emphasis in power analysis.
Responsible of Power vector plan and definition
Simulate power vector and run power analysis on RTL and Netlist
Work closely with CPU Architecture, RTL design, DV, physical design, low power, and thermal teams to measure and optimize power
Evaluate and propose new power optimization techniques
Tabulate metrics results for analysis comparison
Work with Post-Silicon team to correlate pre and post-silicon power measurement

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
Extensive experience in Power analysis and reduction techniques using Primetime PX, PowerArtist is required
Experience with low power implementation techniques
Dynamic clock and voltage scaling Power analysis (Leakage and dynamic) and Thermal analysis
Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog coding, verification techniques, and scripting language, such as: Perl, Python, Tcl, and Make etc- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Low power intent concepts and languages (UPF or CPF)
Post-Silicon power measurement
Experience with CPU micro-architecture, Benchmarks and their power challenges
Experience in Thermal analysis
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
