General Summary:

Automotive Packaging NPI team Engineer needed to support Qualcomm's Automotive business and product technology development. The primary focus of this role is to support Qualcomm's Automotive business and product technology development. This role will be expected to serve as a product development engineer (risk identification, mitigation, and on time delivery of product assembly/mfg controls). Work closely with US based automotive product, design, business, and various engineering teams in San Diego. Must be capable of driving tech development for product by working with internal design teams and working in close collaboration with suppliers located worldwide (primarily Asia). Must be able to support clear messaging to the customer/internally in tech support activities.

Pay range:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
