General Summary:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
LACE: Facilitate & drive the transformation of the organization towards SAFe through Agile process setups, process adherence, coaching, onboarding & training of key SAFe roles
LPM: Facilitate & drive the implementation & execution of Lean Portfolio Management at RFFE & its iteractions with other QC LPM‘s
Continuously support Product Owners / PMs / Business Owners and Key Stakeholder in the journey of SAFe
Facilitate & drive RFFE IT operations optimization through establishing, reporting and improving the KPIs & OKRs
IT Audit POC: Work with IT GRC to keep RFFE IT compliant through scoping activities, evidence gathering, onsite audit support, MAPs reporting & closures
IT Talent management and action initiatives through KSM (Knowledge Silo Matrix) tool
Support requirements gathering, process mapping & process re-engineering for the area of Engineering, its integration with Manufacturing and its impact on overall Go-To Market strategy
Required Skills/Experience:
Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Electronics), 8+ years of experience in IT
Background of Computer Science with experience working in IT roles
Experience in IT Project Management & IT Product Management (preferred background of Product Manager)
Experience working in Agile methods in delivering IT solutions
Experience working in global environment (Europe, Asia, India, US etc)
Strong presentation, communication skills & problem solving skills
Languages: English (German desirable)

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
7+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
