As part of Dtech Group we are responsible for evaluating new process node and feeding the Process and CAD with inputs to bridge the gap between SI and CAD. We put design in both test chips and product chips as part of process evaluation. We also work for improvement of methodologies in the field of signal/power integrity. We work in multiple domains i.e. physical design, Static/Dynamic IR drop analysis, spice level simulation, custom circuit design, custom place and route and flow automation.

We are looking for a suitable candidate with exposure and good technical understanding of the given domains and who is willing to take on new challenges. The candidate will be responsible for working on the flow enhancements in the power integrity domain and Physical Design tasks including PNR and signoff.

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech OR equivalent with minimum 2 years of industry experience.

• Experience with PDN/EMIR, Analysis Techniques in advanced technology nodes

• Good understanding of Physical design fundamentals and custom circuit design.

• Understanding of SPICE simulation with industry-standard simulators and low power checks would be a plus.

• Hands-on experience of EDA industry standard tools such as Ansys RedHawk, Redhawk-SC, ICC2/Innovus, Calibre, HSPICE, FINESIM

• Expertise in one or more scripting/programming languages like TCL/Python/Perl.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
