Job Overview

We are seeking engineers to develop the memory Subsystem of new generations of Qualcomm SoC. Members of this team will participate to the modeling of path to memory infrastructure, including System Cache and Memory Controller. Work on client IP modeling ( display, camera, video, graphics, modem, CPU, peripherals ). Conduct exploration campaigns to identify opportunities for system cost, performance and power improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only. Applications from candidates with equivalent experience will be considered, provided that the candidate can demonstrate an ability to fulfil the principal duties of the role and possesses the required competencies.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:-

  • RTL design

  • AXI Bus Protocol

  • Cache architectureProficiency in:-

  • Scripting language ( shell, python, perl )

  • C++ SystemC

  • Memory controller architecture

  • CPU, Graphics and Multimedia architecture

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
