Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will support payroll and payroll system Integrations for ADP Global View and non-ADP Global View payroll countries.

  • Lead and execute the design and configuration for Workday PECI to ADP Global View for both existing PECI integrations and new implementations of PECI for Global View.

  • Leverage your deep payroll functional and Workday PECI technical knowledge to solve payroll system and process problems.

  • Provide operational support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

  • Designs details of automated systems.

Other duties will include:

  • Communicates with project lead and internal teams via email and direct conversation to overcome obstacles and resolve any problems.

  • Prioritizes troubleshooting issues, and consults with subject matter experts to troubleshoot complex production-related bugs.

  • Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.

  • Prioritizes issues and consults with subject matter experts to resolve complex production-related bugs.

  • Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for a single project.

  • Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large scale projects.

  • Leads collaboration with more junior and senior Systems Analysts and business partners to document and present recommendations for improvements to existing and new applications and systems.

  • Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.

  • Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments.

  • Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.

  • Workday PECI payroll integration

  • ADP Global View payroll support

  • Payroll business functional experience
