General Summary:

About the Role

Responsible for supporting and administering a Digital Experience platform across end user computers that enables employee communication campaigns, as well as computer fleet performance trend analysis, and enabling support teams to use the platform to provide deep dive technical troubleshooting on end user computers. The work primarily is maintaining the platform but may involve periodic requests to support data analysis or urgent employee communications as needed.

The best candidate will need at least 2+ years of experience with a Digital Experience platform, ideally relating to remote actions, campaigns, dashboards, and proactive investigations, and 3+ years of experience of Windows and application troubleshooting and end user computing hardware and software support. Experience with data analytics, PowerShell, SQL, and PowerBI is beneficial. Understanding of Windows and Mac enterprise administration tools (GPO, SCCM, Intune, JAMF) is also beneficial.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking responsibility for your own work, prioritising issues and requests, and using your expertise and problem-solving skills to execute on them in a timely manner.

  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with global IT teams to help drive value from the Digital Experience platform.

  • Working with multiple vendors and OEMs to analyse and debug device specific issues.

  • Communicating effectively with management and IT stakeholders on challenges, success, and opportunities, and escalating critical issues.

  • Supporting data gathering exercises and exploratory data analytics to ensure computer fleet health, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Supporting communications campaigns on new tools, product rollouts, or employee impacts may happen periodically.

  • Manages distractions, prioritizes tasks, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.

  • Taking Initiative - The ability to attack work activities with drive and energy, understand the impact of work on key metrics, and make decisions that are in the company's best interest. This includes not being afraid to initiate action before all the facts are known and driving value-added work tasks to completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience with a Digital Experience platform, ideally relating to remote actions, campaigns, dashboards, and proactive investigations.

  • 3+ years of experience of Windows and application troubleshooting and end user computing hardware and software support.

  • Experience with data analytics, PowerShell, SQL, and PowerBI is beneficial.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR

5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
