As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you’ll be a key player in our team, focusing on architecting and retooling cloud infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Your primary mission: migrate workloads from AWS to Azure seamlessly, optimizing Azure services. Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Architecting and Migrating:
  • Design and execute AWS-to-Azure infrastructure migrations.

  • Automate deployment processes for smooth transitions.

  1. Azure Environment Management:
  • Administer the Azure cloud environment.

  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and performance monitoring.

  • Enforce policy governance and security measures.

  1. Scalable Solutions:
  • Create multi-region solutions within Azure.

  • Leverage Azure services effectively.

  1. Virtual Infrastructure Handling:
  • Manage Azure Virtual Machines (Windows Server and Linux).

  • Deploy VMs in a highly available environment.

  • Configure and maintain VPC components, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, and network security groups.

What We’d Love to See:

  • 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer, developer, or solutions architect.

  • 1+ year of programming experience (Python preferred).

  • 3+ years working with public cloud platforms.

  • 2+ years creating cloud-based architectural designs.

  • 2+ certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • 2+ years of infrastructure-as-code design (CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.).

  • Strong background in Azure networking design.

  • Familiarity with IAM principles, authentication, and authorization.

  • Proficiency in programming and automation.

  • Understanding of configuration management concepts.

  • Experience with database fundamentals and security best practices.
