Qualcomm's OneIT organization is looking for experienced professionals with strong technical expertise, automation skills, project management skills to fulfill few underlined positions in multiple qualcomm sites.

Java Developers (5-10 Yrs) , Location(s)- Hyderabad, Bangalore

-Experience with Java and other object-oriented languages.

  • Candidate must have expertise with Spring Framework and Micro services.

  • Wellversed with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

  • Excellent communication/inter-personal skills a must

  • Skilled in data processing using XML, JSON data formats and strong knowledge SOAP, REST, Service Oriented Architecture is preferred.

  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge is required.

Automation QA Engineer (5-10 yrs) Location- Hyderabad

-Expertise and prior knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS and it's suite of services including S3, Glue, CDK, Athena, Dynamo DB, RedShift or Azure or GCP is a must

-Test Engineering expertise and experience around Enterprise Data platform, Integration platform/technology is a plus

-Strong programming knowledge using Java with Selenium or other Test framework is a must to build scripts and perform testing

-Candidate should have experience with Jira/ AzureDevops/ similar tools for project & task -management.

-Candidate should have expertise on building/executing pipelines using Jenkins /Azure DevOps.

-Candidate must have a good knowledge on SDLC/STLC process, various testing types like Acceptance, Functional, End to End, Compatability, Performance, Security etc.

-Candidate with experience/exposure of Java / TestNg / Maven and related technologies will have advantage.

IT Support Analyst (5-7 yrs) Location- Hyderabad

-Willingness to work 24x7x365 support model.

-Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.

-Proficiency in troubleshooting expertise in Windows OS, 10/11, Understanding of Linux/MacOS, M365, Intune, Basic Networking, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

-Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to end-users.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

Innovation Manager (Intelligent Automation and Analytics) (14-17 yrs) Location(s)- Hyderabad, Bangalore

-Automation Tools – Strong understanding of various Automation tools including Process mining (Celonis/Automation AA/Conv AI/LLM’s etc)

-Analytical Skills – Strong understanding of various BI tools (OBIEE/OAC, Qlikview, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot and Spotfire) with their features, usage, and performance.

-Dealing with Conflict - Address problems, find common ground and persevere on tough assignments quickly and directly. This includes having the willingness to be centrally involved in debates and facilitating conflict discussion and resolution.

-Decision Making – Ready to make quick and accurate decisions. This includes weighing alternatives and considering the impact of the decisions.

  • Focusing on the stakeholder - The ability to effectively identify and address key stakeholder needs.

-Taking Initiative – Able to drive enterprise and process improvement initiatives with close collaboration, perseverance, and patience.

-Proactive - Understanding current Automation & BI tools footprint and proactively driving initiatives in increasing the value of existing investment and supporting future growth.

IT Project Manager – Chennai (14-17 yrs)

-As Site IT Leader, this role is IT’s face at the Site Leadership partnering with the Chennai R&D / Engineering teams and manage, coordinate, and support all the site-specific IT Infrastructure & Engineering services, resources, and solutions.

  • This role is to ensure that all the IT related needs are being met in an efficient manner, allowing engineering to focus more on their overall business and strategy and commitments are not hindered by a lack of any Qualcomm IT resources or expertise.

  • Contributing to process improvements, innovating project management, and increasing PMO maturity objectives (e.g., standardized tools, templates, and processes).

-Creating work breakdown structure (WBS), identifying internal/external dependencies, defining task effort and duration estimates and tracking project schedule.

-The person in role would participate in local engineering site leadership meetings to present the monthly metrics on utilization, project updates and understand the upcoming engineering roadmap and plan for any IT related changes, upgrades or capacity expansions that are needed to enable the business.

  • Lead and manage the existing IT team in Chennai including Engineering IT and end-user service engineers.

-Agile/Scrum processes and hybrid-application of multiple project management methodologies.

  • Creating and Usage of JIRA and service now dashboards

-PMP and Agile/Scrum Master Certification is a plus

IT Data Engineer (5-10 yrs) Location(s)- Hyderabad, Bangalore

-Experience in Python, Java, etc.

-Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

-Experience with bigdata frameworks & tools - Apache ---Hadoop/Beam/Spark/Kafka.

  • Exposure to workflow management & scheduling using Airflow/Prefect/Dagster

  • Exposure to databases like (Big Query , Clickhouse).

  • Experience to container orchestration ( Kubernetes )

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

OR

5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of any combination of academic or work experience with Full-stack Application Development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

• 1+ year of any combination of academic or work experience with Data Structures, algorithms, and data stores.
