Qualcomm's Power Management IC design team is currently seeking candidates for a position involving the application of common analog mixed-signal practices to verify mixed-signal ICs. This role will provide the ability to directly influence design related changes as required to meet functional specifications. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the pre-silicon functional verification of state-of-the-art power management ICs.
Take ownership of pre-silicon functional verification of subsystems and/or complete chips.
Determine whether anomalous symptoms are caused by errors in the specifications, models, testbench, or design.
Write verification plans.
Extract modeling specifications from designers.
Write and maintain behavioral models and testbenches in Verilog and VerilogAMS.
Hold verification reviews.
Support integration of composite models into larger composite models maintained by other groups.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
Master's degree in electrical engineering + 3 years of professional experience
Functional design verification mixed-signal integrated circuits for power management, analog or RF applications.
At least 3 years of professional experience using SystemVerilog or VerilogAMS.
Power Management verification exp.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred: Master's degree in electrical engineering
