Job Overview


Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end project-level change management, with related training, and communications strategies to drive employee adoption, a positive change experience, and business-driven benefits realization of change efforts across target business units, functions and regions. Demonstrate a track record in the areas of change management and developing organizational capabilities to establish effective change management practices across the company.


The project-level change management role will focus on the people side of change for key projects and initiatives to promote successful change adoption and increasing speed to achieving desired business and organizational benefits. These projects and initiatives may include significant change stemming from business process reengineering, implementation of new systems and technologies, and organizational change.

While this role will not have supervisory responsibility, the change management project-level lead will be expected to work with critical stakeholders throughout the organization for their projects, as well as the HR Change Management Office (CMO).

More specifically, the change management project lead will, in accordance with our change management methodology and project/program structure...

Support cross-functional teams to support functional and enterprise-wide change efforts (e.g. new technology implementation, organizational design, business process redesign, culture change, M&A, etc.)

Partner with the overall project lead, business sponsor(s) and HR Change Management Office to develop and deploy change management strategies, methodologies and tools to meet the business needs of the project, using the core Change Management toolkit from the HR CMO.

For assigned projects:

  • Drive change management project planning (e.g. project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, goals and metrics)

  • Partner with employee communication team to design, develop, and manage change management communication plans and efforts

  • Partner with talent development specialists to design, develop and manage change management training plans and efforts

  • Partner with key global HR leaders and stakeholders to help embed change management principles and capabilities as part of all HR process improvements

  • Assess organizational change readiness and adoption

  • Conduct change impact analyses. Anticipate potential resistance and prepare risk mitigation plans to facilitate the changes

  • Identify and manage stakeholders, conduct stakeholder analysis and create stakeholder management and engagement plans

  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans

  • Coach HR and Business leaders helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor

  • Work collaboratively with project team to achieve common goals

  • Establish necessary change program metrics, monitoring, measurement and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years directly related work experience, such as HR Business Partner or Generalist, Talent Development

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years HR or HR Consulting work experience

  • Certificate in change management (PROSCI or CCMP) is desired

  • Certificate in PMP or other project management methodology certification is desired

  • Experience with organizational change efforts, such as organization design or re-design, business process reengineering, mergers & acquisitions or divestitures, enterprise systems implementation.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's

Preferred: Master's in OD or similar discipline is desired
