General Summary:

As a Qualcomm Software Application Engineer, you will provide technical expertise of software systems through technical presentations in support of business development, product demonstrations, design and development of customer specific requirements, commercialization, and maintenance of Qualcomm products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address questions, issues, debugging, or troubleshooting regarding software systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Beijing

GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Support Qualcomm Automotive platform customer projects, work for AI SDK Model Compiling, Algorithm optimization, Performance Benchmark, AI application integration, DSP/HVX programming.

• Play consultant/expert role to help customer to deploy AI models, work with customer on AI performance optimization, algorithm integration, code review, stability debug.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge for software development and debug.

• 1+ years C/C++/Python programming experience.

• Be familiar with one or more AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffee2, ONNX.

• Be familiar with major machine learning and deep understanding for deep learning like CNN, LSTM, RNN.

• Be familiar with major AI accelerator chip architecture , like DSP or GPU.

• Experience on Linux, Android, QNX or Embedded operating system.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
