QCT's Bangalore Wireless R&D HW team is looking out for experienced Wireless Modem Modeling to work on Qualcomms best in class chipsets and WLAN/WAN/GNSS modem IPs.
You will be contributing to the development of HW functional (C++/SystemC) models on technologies like: IEEE WLAN 802.11/ac/ax (or) WAN 5G/4G/3G. The models are consumed for RTL verification and pre-silicon FW development (virtual prototyping). The candidate needs to be well versed with C++/SystemC/System Verilog. The candidate must have ability to understand HW design micro-architecture & relate to systems or protocol specification. Working knowledge on Wireless IP HW modeling/front end design/verification. Prior working experience on physical layer of WLAN / WAN technologies / BT / WiMax will be big plus. Prior experience with Floating point model development in Matlab, bit-width precisions to meet PHY performance curves will be a big plus. The candidate must be self-motivated, problem solver & flexible working with multi geographic sites.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
4-8 years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
Bachelors or Masters in Electronics Engineering from reputed Institute.
