Functional understanding and ability to decompose Customer Requirements to Technical Requirements Work with Architect and Technical Leads and break down Technical requirements to component level Requirements
Use Codebeamer Tool to Manage Customer Requirements and offer status. Use “ReqIF” Format to work with 3rd Party vendors and Customer to exchange requirement updates.
Develop System functional/performance specifications based on customer and other stakeholders’ specifications to clearly and concisely capture what is required of the product.
Drive and own System Technical requirements and traceability through Design, Development and Test through an end product driven approach (Test Driven Approach)
Documents and maintains product requirement exceptions. Identifies risk level associated with new feature development based on requirements status.
Aware of all relevant Federal Standards, industry standards and internal standards and ensures that resulting designs will satisfy these requirements.
Drive reuse: Lead the development of reusable internal requirements, identifying synergies and opportunities for design reuse.
Accountable for Requirements metrics targets Responsible for change control management of the program. Ensures compliance to ASPICE level 2 and above

Required Qualification will include but are not limited to:
10-15 years’ experience in Requirements management, Automotive domain will be an added advantage.
Functional understanding and ability to decompose functions to lower levels from Multiple product system to Software
Codebeamer, DOORs/DOORS NG, Rhapsody, Good knowledge of SysML /UML (Added Advantage)
Experience in handling requirements exchange format like ReqIF (Requirements Interchange Format)
Basic understanding of ISO 26262 and ASPICE Configuration management tools - ClearQuest, RTC, etc
Background in Software Development with good understanding of Agile development methodology principles - Exposure to Agile, Scrum, SAFe
