Job Overview

You will work on Power Delivery Network (PDN) specialist to work in development of PDN solutions for high speed CPU based SOC products.

You will work on proposing and analyzing PDN solutions on high volume complex mobile products.

You will work on the ability to work effectively with multiple engineering teams (chip design, package design and board design) to develop optimized solutions for each targeted device market.

You will work on any one PNR tool (preferable FE), with SOC level experience in bumps /pads/padring design & ESD converge

You will work on standard PDN analysis tools (preferably Apache).

Advanced knowledge of on-die PDN solutions for large complex SOCs including multiple voltage domains, on die decoupling elements, and power switching schemes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.

2+ years experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF).

2+ years experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.

2+ years experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering

Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
