Job Overview

Candidate will be part of global SCM team to provide technical support on ClearCase and ClearQuest for the global engineering teams. Candidate is expected to work from Bangalore office on shifts (6:00AM-3:00PM and 2:00PM-11:00PM ) Responsibilities Candidate will work with multi-discipline IT engineers to support our ClearCase/ ClearQuest environment: -Provide L2 support issue. -ClearCase and ClearQuest user administration -Creating Clearcase/UCM and ClearQuest projects. -Take care of periodic software upgrades and related validations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 6+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree.

Preferred Qualifications

4-5 years of ClearCase/UCM and ClearQuest administration experience. - Should be conversant in Software Configuration Management tools and techniques - Should have basic in Solaris/Linux system admin skills - Should have good knowledge on Perl & Shell scripting languages Candidate should be able to demonstrate below soft skills: - Good verbal/written communication skills - Good problem solving skills - Good customer handling skills - Good team player

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 5+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree.
