Write stimulus, characterize and model the .lib for the different flavours of IOs.
Write behavioural models in Verilog/VHDL for the different flavours of IOs.
understanding of VLSI circuits and Spice simulator experience along with commercial characterization tool experience is expected.
Able to setup execute, asses and interface with designers the critical paths using Montecarlo spice simulations and other related assessments.
Build verification plan and verify the design including both behavioural models and transistor level implementation for IO buffers.
Work with internal customers to understand the requirements and support the customers on behavioural models and timing models throughout the design cycle.
Lead, manage the team guiding/mentoring them on technical aspects
Drive and build automation with any of the scripting languages like Shell/Perl/TCL to improve productivity and quality.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years
Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Analog ckt, verification, or related work experience.
experience with high-speed interface signal integrity evaluation.
experience with scripting tools and programming languages.
experience with lib characterization tools.
Experience with IO design, robustness evaluation/char and modelling
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
