You will be working on modem cores and AI cores which are the best in the mobile industry. Your work will drive innovation in instruction set, RTOS, software architecture, microarchitecture, power, thermal and solving di/dt issues.

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to work on our new high performance, Out-Of-Order (OOO), coherent multi core design. Experience with CPU micro-architecture, including knowledge of areas such as processor pipelines, out of order design, load store unit, caches, cache coherence, ordering, memory hierarchy, multi-processor, multi-thread processor systems is preferred. You will own the microarchitecture and RTL development including low power refinements, performance exploration and meeting area and timing goals. Proficiency in communication, collaboration and teamwork skills required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

• 2+ years of experience with high-performance microprocessor design.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years CPU rtl and architecture experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience with programming (e.g., C, C++, Python), computer architecture, or embedded systems.

• 3+ years of experience in design verification methods.

• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 1+ year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports) .
